What is your phone number and operating hours?
Our phone number is 919-615-1838 and our operating hours are 8:30AM – 4:30PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Where are you located?
Our offices are located at 5812 Triangle Drive Suite B, Raleigh, NC 27617. While we are located in North Carolina, we serve clients throughout the entire United States.
What is proofing?
Proofing is typically handled item by order when ordered with design. Print ready orders will be sent directly to the printer for production. If you need to confirm colors please contact us and we can a press proof sample prior to printing
Color Matching?
We run Canon Colorado and HP Latex 3100 Printer Both of which provide the latest technology in printing and full CMYK process. We use a Barbieri Spectrophotometer Spectro LFP qb to maintain color management through out the year. As part of this we maintain Pantone PMS color system. The PMS Bridge/Coated are used for reference purposes only. It is important to note that there may be difference between what you see on your monitor and the print. Even if you have a calibrated monitor, there are other variables that can cause the deviation and the final appearance of the print. As a result, we cannot guarantee 100% color accuracy. We do take great effort to provide a consistent product that is color managed, slight variation in color may occur from panel to panel. If a color match is required, please contact us and we will work with you. An additional charge may apply.
How well will my project match what I see on my monitor?
Most people are surprised at how well the finished project matches what the initial proof looked like; however, this depends on the method used, type of colors, and other factors. Due to some minor differences in monitor calibration and the different technologies used (digital, offset, etc.), some printed colors may not exactly match the colors on your screen. Speak to one of our experts for more info on how to minimize this discrepancy.
How fast will I get my print?
Once ordered, our standard practice is to print within 2 working days. Once the wrap is laminated and reviewed, it will be shipped. Our standard shipping time is 2-3 days within the Continental US; overnight shipment may require additional charge.
Please note that all shipping times are subjected to the carrier UPS or FEDEX and therefore may be delayed due to weather or other issues.EZ Wraps and the shipping carriers cannot guarantee delivery dates and will not issue refunds on delayed packages.
